Watch.dog provides uptime monitoring for websites, APIs, and cron jobs, including alert routing and public status pages. The Service is offered on a free plan and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Watch.dog offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Features available on each plan are described on the pricing page at https://watch.dog/pricing.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any plan at any time. For paid plans, you will be notified of material changes in advance.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping it up to date. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Watch.dog aims to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect access.
We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime of the Watch.dog platform itself.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Slack, SMS providers, and OpenClaw. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Watch.dog is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
All content, branding, and code that make up the Watch.dog platform are the property of Watch.dog and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Content you submit, such as monitor configurations and alert settings, remains yours. By using the Service, you grant Watch.dog a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://watch.dog/privacy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watch.dog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Watch.dog in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Watch.dog operates.
